Brewster Ponds Coalition to Hold First Organizational Meeting

If you are a Brewster resident or property owner, and concerned about the health of the ponds in Brewster, you are encouraged to attend the first organizational meeting of The Brewster Ponds Coalition – Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 10AM at The Brewster Council on Aging, 1673 Main Street – the historic old Brewster Town Hall.

Members of the steering committee will describe the work of the group and make nominations for the first Board. Those in attendance will elect Board members, discover ways to participate on various committees for improving water quality in town ponds, and have an opportunity to become members of the Brewster Ponds Coalition.

The Brewster Ponds Coalition is dedicated to preserving and nurturing the natural beauty, healthy habitats, and recreational opportunities of Brewster’s Ponds, and to safeguard them for current and future generations. It is a 501(3)c independent, non-profit corporation.
